HIGHWAY TO FAME will be managed by Directions International, Inc., a full-service artist management, marketing, public relations, publishing, A&R, project management, and event planning company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Directions International Inc. executives have a combined experience of more than 75 years in music, film and video.

Directions International will work with each client on an individual basis, helping tailor specific goals. Directions International works hard to meet the goals set in a timely and cost efficient manner for each client on its roster.

Fred Conley, CEO
Fred has been in the music profession for over 30 years and has managed a number of artists, including Earl Thomas Conley, Alabama, Shenandoah, Rick Ferrell and Rachel Procter. He also headed a publishing company that had number one songs by Tim McGraw, Martina McBride and Montgomery Gentry

Sam Vaughn, President
Sam Vaughan has been an artist, songwriter, actor, artist manager and screenwriter. Freddie Hart, Mel Street and Earl Thomas Conley have recorded Vaughn’s songs, and as an artist he had a hit on Atlantic Records with "That's All She Wrote." With contacts in Los Angeles, San Antonio-Austin and Nashville, Vaughn offers a wealth of experience for Directions International.

Seth Conley, Artist Manager
Seth is responsible for the day-to-day management of the artists featured on Highway to Fame. An ethusiastic "where there's a will there's a way" kind of guy, Seth has grown up around the music business, knows that it's tough and uncompromising, and gives his artists 110%.
